Nadia Woldegiorgis

I'm an Eritrean-Canadian artist born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. I'm currently enrolled in the Creative Industries program at Ryerson University, specializing in music and fashion. My interests include art, fashion, music, songwriting, and 3D graphics. But music and songwriting are my primary passions. I've found healing and growth through singing and writing. Creating music for myself and with others has been such an incredibly fulfilling experience. In my program at Ryerson University, I have explored my interest in music by taking courses and connecting with students who share the same passions as I do. These opportunities have inspired me to set bigger goals and pursue my aspirations, which involve sharing music with others I have collaborated with, pushing myself to experiment with different genres of music, and allowing myself to be vulnerable in my songwriting. After I graduate, I hope to achieve these goals and even surpass them.
