About Me

I am a passionate leader with a diverse background spanning finance, technology, and healthcare. Born in Bolgatanga, Ghana, my journey reflects a deep commitment to driving innovation and solving real challenges across Africa.

After completing my Master’s degree in the UK, I returned to Ghana to begin my entrepreneurial path — first launching a construction company, then co-founding a healthcare startup that has grown into one of Ghana’s leading hospitals.

I spent a decade at Standard Chartered Bank, where I held leadership roles across products, sales, risk, and digital transformation, gaining broad experience in financial services and cross-market operations. In 2022, I transitioned into the fintech space, taking on a leadership role at a global fintech unicorn, where I spearheaded market entry into Ghana, secured a Payments Service Provider license, and established strategic partnerships with global players in banking, e-commerce, and ride-hailing.

Today, I am the Founder & CEO of Ndel Technologies, an innovation hub building transformative platforms across:
