Nahesi Crawford

I was born in Brooklyn NY, raised in Bangor ME, lived in Atlanta GA for many years. Graduated from Morehouse College, with a bachelor's degree in Sociology. I now reside in Hollywood, continuing my acting career. Fitness and Health has always been a very important part of my lifestyle. From childhood to adulthood, I have passionately trained in athletics(soccer,track-n-field,baseball,football,rock climbing,snowboarding, martial arts,etc.). I'm a certified Personal Trainer and currently studying for my NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). I have over 10yrs training experience comprised of kickboxing(under Steve Uriah), one on one, groups, bootcamps. In addition, for 2yrs, I trained under a chiropractor,stretch therapist, and a massage therapist, to add to my knowledge. I'm passionate about living what I teach, and helping my clients achieve their goals. My clients range from teens, professional athletes(NFL,NBA), actors, marathoners, and people that just want to look and feel better about themselves and life.
