Nahom Mussie

Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

Hello, my name is Nahom Mussie and I'm currently enrolled in Business Management & Entrepreneurship at Algonquin College. Now entering my final year in the program, I am now one big step closer to receiving my diploma and accomplishing my goal. By preparing and educating myself with all of the managerial concepts and ownership principles required for a successful career in management, I hope to open up my own auto-body shop in the future once I graduate from University and receive my degree.

I’m very interested in the automotive field and also want to go in depth with the auto body work that constructs of auto detailing as well. Even at a young age, I've always been a hands on person. My dad would buy me Legos all the time because it encourages creativity and helped me create new inventions without always looking at the instruction manual as a guide. This approach has always made me perform at a high level of any type of physical work assigned to me either individually or with a group.

Aside from cars, I enjoy playing mostly all sports (preferably basketball), writing poetry and producing music during my free time. I'm also a huge fan of collectible sneakers and vintage athletic wear from the 90's. For a 21 year old, you could say that I'm an "old school" kinda guy that's a big fan of pop culture in the past.

Martin Luther king has been my role model since I was 12 years old because he showed the world that anything can be achieved with a dream. He also taught me to never give up on chasing your goal without having heart, courage and most importantly, hope.

"Reality is wrong. Dreams are for real"
