My strongest belief is that people are the core of innovation. Hence my deepest will is to understand and innovate the way we manage people. Globalization open the door to new and infinite cultures that should be the Pandora box of the new innovation in terms of business.

My studies in political Sciences, opened up my eyes on the way people act, people think and behave. The competition atmosphere going along with my counterparts, pushed me to go even farther. I now think like Eleanor Roosevelt “you must do the thing you cannot do”. And I never stopped.

My thriving will to accomplish and my endless energy pushed me toward many projects that I embraced totally. But I accomplish them with an open mind, an eager to learn and, and the will to do the best possible work I can do.

My work in the World Model United Nation Singapore, or during my one year internship in Malta gave me an international perspective. I have travelled before, but those journey are printed in my mind like the first time I realized how differences can be our best treasure.

I am passionate about Innovation and all its form. People and their power of innovation, and technologies, and the ways they change our way of life.

I realized years ago what was coming, this inevitable change, and my deep desire to create and go over the predefined rules. The future is here, and I am ready to embrace it.
