A graduate in political sciences and influential communication, Najib BENSBIA is a university researcher, writer and columnist in politics and international relations.

Consultant in Public Law, Social Engineering and Human Rights, BENSBIA has been a senior executive in several ministerial departments, notably those of Social development and Human Rights.

​Coordinator of the UNESCO Social Transformations Program (MOST) for the Arab world and the Maghreb, Bensbia was also National Director of the Program to Combat Poverty (PLCP) sponsored and financed by the UNDP in Morocco.

He is the author of several essays in Political Science and Constitutional Law. His essays cover the length and breadth of the political system of his country (Morocco), its ramifications standing the test of time and space of a State which never ceases to live in permanent transition.

In his essays, he questions governance in its scope and its political, sociological and cultural limits. He observes politics as if in a laboratory, dissecting its slightest twists and turns. His approach is both historical, political and sociological.

Najib BENSBIA has also published novels and stories that approach life and people in their daily lives, while questioning their deep experiences in its most buried interstices through the rhythm of time which passes and never returns.
