Hello! This is Najmul Islam Joy. I am working as a Management Trainee in one of most prestigious snacks brands of Bangladesh. I am sure you have grown up having any of the chips of Bombay Sweets. I am part of their team.

I am also doing my MBA from IBA, Jahangirnagar University. My graduation was done in the the same institute.

I can handle pressure well and I count this as one my biggest strengths. However, one of my biggest flaws is that I cannot say NO when I should. I take unnecessary responsibilities but often times I stay calm and perform better than the expectations.

I'm principled, kind, and enthusiastic! I sing horribly. I am a music lover. I love Classic Bangla songs, Rabindra Sangeet and Nazrul Geeti. I also like country, pop, blues, reggae, rap, hip hop, soul, and electronic music.
