Konnichiwa! My name is Aoi but when I'm trying to be cute I go with Aoicchi (LOL!). I am an aspiring writer, I've written several poems as well as the beginnings of several novels. I say beginnings because none of those are finished yet.
Several years ago I stumbled upon the wonderful world of yaoi and devoured manga after manga, as well as watched the few yaoi anime available. I am a hopeless romantic so I tend to like sweet and tender stories. I can't remember how many times I've been touched to the point of tears by all the manga I've read. They filled me with hope and inspiration, and an overwhelming desire to write stories that would touch others, too. I can't draw shit so I can't create a manga, but I believe in the power of words. I am a bookworm, too, so I know that when written well, words can actually produce images more powerful than any drawing or picture.
