The COPIWO method is a method that consists of daily meeting with the client:
Counseling:
The methodology consists of: Psychology, I will go deep into your psyche. Neurology, I am going to ask you questions and analyse the status of your physical brain health.
Body, I will ask you general questions regarding your physiology. Ailments, problems with bodily functions and other health issues. The counseling will take between 1-3 hours. Depending on your personal schedule.
Plan:
The methodology in this part is called: DISESH. And it is based on the information given to me during the counseling part.

I will tailor a plan using this methodology that is custom designed for your needs.
Implementation:
This is where the magic will start happen. I will create a schedule for you, based on the plan, your current needs and how your private life looks like. And I will do this together with you.
Work:
We are in the last stage. This is where you as an individual has a responsibility. Even though I have made a plan and how you should implement it. If you are unwilling to actually get on with it. Then there isn't much I can do. I can not feed you the healthy and nutritious food. I can not drag you to the gym. It is only you that can. I have made the path clear for you. Now it is up to you to walk the path. I will always walk alongside with you. You can always count on that. I will push you forward if needed, make adjustments to the plan and implementation if necessary. But you are not my puppet. You are a free soul and you have to realize this.
