Hallo, I’m Miriam. I’m a mother, a wife and a Pastry Chef Entrepreneur living in Netherlands since 2023. I come from Madrid, where I owned a bakery in the city center. After 10 years thriving in 'Sweet 36', my family and I decided to move to the Netherlands. In 2025 I was ready to start again, this time from home and dedicated only to baking the most amazing and decadent vegan cookies in the Netherlands, american style, small-batch, using sustainable practices and with delivery throughout the Netherlands. This is how Nala Bakery was born, with the aim of redefining the vegan dessert industry in the Netherlands.
