I have over 11 years of work experience in IT product development and management. Currently, I work as Senior Product Owner, developing data integration and sales compensation management products for J&J LATAM MEDTECH by using advanced analytics based on sales data, data warehouses, UI enhancements, and ingesting new data sets.

Working as solutions consultant to develop apps using Optymyze platform features. Optymyze works in Sales Performance management domain (SPM). As Solutions consultant, the focus is on understanding and analyzing business requirement, come up with a solution and create apps as a solution using Optymyze. One of the exciting solutions recently developed is "Standard sales Compensation" for Insurance vertical which is a complete solution including Payment management and Disputes.

Prior to Optymyze, I worked at Xedintellect Pvt. Ltd as VP- IT & Operations. Its an e-Learning company focused on Learning & IT products for education industry & people. In this role, I lead company’s Program Management, overseeing operations and product development. Our most exciting work to date is the creation of an online platform where students can get business awareness news along with relevant placement opportunity that generated enormous media buzz and was key to the successful launch of the "Xedknowledge.com" in 2013 followed by "Xednews" Mobile app. Not only did we have fun creating that Product, but also, we found it rewarding to see the results.

Before joining Xedintellect, I worked for two organizations — The Bombay Stores Retail Ltd. and Dolphin India Pvt. Ltd. and was lucky enough to work in amazing projects such as customer operations efficiency, Membership programs, B2B marketing, Tie-ups, e-commerce and social media marketing.

I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other professionals. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite stage of a project is working with the client or business unit leader to understand his or her business objectives. As we go through that collaborative process, the ideas start to flow and that’s always the fun part.
