I work for international non-profit Oxfam where I lead its private sector engagement work in India. I believe that a responsible business sector is important for the equitable growth and development of the country. I was part of the team which developed India's first index ranking top 100 companies on how inclusive their policies are.

I have been working to catalyze business responsibility in India for over 7 years. I have worked with CARE, Samhita.org and EDI.

My love for writing has helped me to write for newspapers and online magazines. I write for Cause Marketing Forum - Global Voices. I often post my thoughts and views on my blog and Linkedin Pulse.

I love travelling and have been fortunate to travel extensively within India and overseas.
