Nancy Helgeson

Nancy’s business career includes serving as the Career Development Manager for Union Bank’s corporate headquarters and branches, a Career Management Consultant with Right Management Associates and Senior Consultant with Outplacement International Career Consulting Partners, as well as an EAP consultant with National Employee Assistance Resources. She has maintained a private psychotherapy practice for the last 18 years, where she has specialized in working with individuals, couples and career changers, as well as mental health and stress issues in the work place. Nancy has also held the position of Managing Director for the Los Angeles office of Univance Career Centers, and has been an instructor for UCLA’s Human Development Counseling Certificate Program.

She has served as President for the San Diego chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and is an active member of the San Diego Alliance of Career Consultants and Coaches and the San Diego Organizational Development Network. She has also served on the board for the Los Angeles chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD.)
