I lived the first 26 years of my life in New York. Born on Long Island raised in the Bronx ... then I moved to Orlando, Florida in 1990.

I am a writer. The title of the book I'm currently promoting is: "One Way or The Other ~ I've Got To Figure Out My Life!"

I consider it to be a spiritual faction based book. But it flows as an autobiography does, as I narrate my life story.

My goal for this book is to raise awareness as to how to cause yourself to "feel good" by simply choosing it. First by learning how to recognize when it's "you" sabotaging your own plans, intentions, goals and dreams!

In this book, I speak from my interests and my interests are "Life, Love, Consciousness, and Choice".

I've dedicated my time, my willingness to research this subject throughout the course of my entire adult life. I am 49 years old now. I've experimented, witnesed and am living a way more concisous life now. I have no degree on the subject. However, it has always been and will continue to be my life's work!

My goal was and always is: Making conscious choices, recognizing when fear comes up and taunts my capabilities, like:

Remembering that there's always a new choice at hand.

Figuring out how to live my life without feeling like I have to react to everything.

How to move through the process of my life feeling good inside regardless of my external circumstances.

Staying awake and in the now to realize my choice now doesn't have to be connected or reflect from something in my past that perhaps didn't work out.

Now that I've put in all this time ... all these years of acquiring knowledge on the subject of spirituality I want to share it. I'm sitting on a gold mine of good information that calls to be shared! How could I not? It includes you and you and you and me!

I've had far too many good conversations with people and friends, where it aided in changing their mind from what they were just looking at as bad and saw the Lighter side of the situation as a result of our talk.

This Blog is simply a platform creating opportunity to lend my wisdom, share my knowledge, my experiences and interact with people who need that just as much as I do.
