I am a licensed Massage Therapist working on the North Shore now for the last 9 years. I truly love what I do and love going to "work". The moment I step into my office I feel relaxed and look forward to greeting my clients into a safe and restful space!

I customize each massage by using several modalities including Deep Tissue, Hot Stones, Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, and Energy to meet the needs of the individual client. Everyone is coming from a different place with varied life experiences, therefore each client can not be massaged the same. That is why, before each session, there is a brief intake. So much can be learned by listening or just taking a moment to assess someone's body posture. With this valuable information a customized massage can be created!
