Nancy Abrolat

Nancy Abrolat is an employment law attorney based in Los Angeles, California, and the founder and president of Abrolat Law. Since founding her firm in 1995, Nancy has focused on representing employees concerning workplace rights, whistleblower protection, and class actions. Her advocacy has led to multimillion-dollar settlements and significant changes in workplace policies, improving the conditions for many workers.

Nancy began her academic career at the University of the Pacific, earning a Bachelor’s degree in English and graduating with honors. She then went on to study law at the University of California’s Hastings College of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude in 1990. These achievements laid a strong foundation for her legal career, reflecting her dedication to her studies and desire to excel in the legal field.

After law school, Nancy joined Paul Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, a leading law firm in Los Angeles. There, she worked with large corporations, including several Fortune 500 companies.
