Nancy is a quantitative researcher and passionate community leader focused on using technology to build thriving diverse cities and provide equal access to opportunity to local communities.

She currently works in Business Development at Uber delivering actionable data-driven insights on strategic partnerships to help improve the future of transportation globally.

Previously, Nancy spent three years at Google where she conducted research and managed projects relating to diversity, behavioral economics and organizational behavior. She also consulted the San Francisco city government on 9-1-1 call center operations, identifying key drivers of increasing call volume and forecasting future center demand. Committed to the advancement of Latinos in Technology, she served as the Global Chair for Google’s Hispanic/Latino Business and Employee Resource Group.

Nancy graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Business Administration and has completed coursework at Copenhagen Business School in Denmark, the Chinese University of Hong Kong in Hong Kong, and Universidad EAFIT in Colombia.
