N. Edson Cunniff

Pembroke, MA.

When I retired from my job as computer programmer, I had one important goal in mind: I wanted to write. Joining the Lakeville, MA COA gave me the encouragement and direction I needed. Soon I was writing short stories and poems, but there was so much to learn. Now, as leader of the group, it is my responsibility to encourage and direct. This year we are publishing an anthology of our work, Word by Word.

My novel, Dodging Peach Stones ,was completed in 2012 and is available online through Lulu. It the story of an unexpected betrayal in the country town of Willow Grove during the fifties. My anthology of short stories, Bits and Pieces will be available online by December 2013. My next challenge is another novel, Protect Me, the story of nine-year-old Max who disappears.

I grew up in Abington, MA. and now reside in Pembroke with my husband, Bernie. Family is my joy; writing is my passion.
