I'm backstage, not on it. As a Stage Manager for several theatre and music companies, I enjoy helping make the performance the best it can be for our customers. It's the small details that make the biggest difference.

Love your kids and your partner. They're going to be responsible for you when you no longer can be. Remember that!

Advocate for excellent customer service. Do unto others as you would like done to you. Conversely, don't be the customer everyone hates to see coming.
