Born in Portland, Oregon, her family moved to California, where she began her career in nursing. Always striving for a higher education, she completed an Associated Sciences degree in nursing in 1984. She then continued on at the University of LaVerne and fulfilled her dream of receiving a Bachelor & Master’s degree in Business Management in 1994.

Nancy’s love of nursing and caring for others lead her to many areas of health care, including twenty years in home health and hospice. Currently, she works as an Occupational Nurse Consultant for the State of Washington. In 1998, she returned to the Northwest and currently resides with her husband in Tacoma, WA.
