I have well over thirty years of experience in the customer service arena. My objective on the job is a satisfied customer. I consider myself a team-player and held several leadership roles and possess strong communication skills.

I have worked in the food industry for the bulk of my professional career. That ranges anywhere from a down-home-style diner to an upscale fine-dining establishment. I have also worked in retail as a sales associate and been a top appointment setter for a sales team and a front desk receptionist. I had a brief experience in the certified pre-owned auto sales business, reconnecting successfully with previous clients to return and re-purchase from the dealership.

I am a recent graduate of the Teach4Life vocational training course. It has taught me more about customer service, financial literacy, interviewing skills, stress management, wellness and nutrition. The course helped me to hone and polish the skills and abilities that I already excelled in.
