Nancy Peterson

A love affair with football served as the kickoff to a career in which I've managed communications for respected organizations in the private sector and higher education. I've worked with big consumer brands such as Stanford University athletics and Levi Strauss as well as life sciences companies that discover medicines to treat serious diseases. I'm now back at Stanford in the School of Earth Sciences, where our faculty conduct research in the critically important areas of Earth, energy and the environment. The more people understand their findings, the better equipped we are to utilize the Earth's resources sustainably.
