I have been online for 5 years now, which is about 15 years in regular business terms - everything is moving so fast in the online world. Major changes are being effected almost on a daily basis - changes which can and do affect your business - and I make it my job to keep up with what the major players online are doing (and possibly what they'll be doing next).

I began with a website about medical transcription, which is a career that allowed me to stay home and raise my child. I was able to rank on the first page of the search engines nationally for search terms such as independent contractor, average salaries for medical transcription, medical transcription resume, and about half a dozen others. And that was with NO backlinks and NO social media. I was hooked on this "new" online thing!

I now help small businesses optimize their results in the search engines, whether it is through video marketing, search engine optimization, social media, lead generation, or any of the many other ways to reach customers.
