Nancy Sherrod

Hi, I am Nancy Sherrod. I work as an English teacher at Armstrong State University in Savannah, GA. I teach composition and literature classes. when I am not at work, I enjoy organic gardening, cooking, yoga, reading, and watching good films. I recently became Vegan (+) when I learned that my husband's high cholestrol was leading him to bypass surgery. It has been an interesting experience trying to go both vegan and super lowfat at the same time. It's not easy going vegan, yet so much easier than most people imagine. I love projects that require creativity and thinking outside of the box.
