I’m Nancy Steen, co-owner of Orgoman LLC and long-time partner of Dr. Jim Romano, creator of the DAT Destroyer and OAT Destroyer. For nearly 20 years, I’ve helped students across the country navigate the dental and optometry admissions process through our books, classes, and daily student support.

I manage operations, outreach, class coordination, and student communication — all the behind-the-scenes work that keeps Destroyer Nation running. Helping students feel supported, confident, and prepared for their futures is the heart of what I do.
