Nancy Taylor Rancho Cucamonga
A resident of Rancho Cucamonga, California, Nancy Taylor is an operations expert with a history of correcting problem restaurants. Through her experience in talent development, systems creation, leadership, and growing business and revenue, Nancy Taylor enabled several fast food companies to achieve excellent results and maintain high standards.
Prior to entering the workforce, Rancho Cucamonga’s Nancy Taylor attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha, completing her Bachelor of Science in Education, specializing in Speech Pathology. From 1981 to 1982, Nancy Taylor pursued graduate work in Speech Pathology at Arizona State University’s Tempe Campus while functioning as a Speech Pathologist for the Maricopa County Head Start program. From 2000 to 2001, she attended Claremont Graduate University’s Peter F. Drucker & Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management.
Prior to moving to Rancho Cucamonga, Nancy Taylor entered food service in 1982 when she became a Manager-in-training at Wendy’s International, Inc. She was quickly promoted to Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager, and she departed in 1984 to join Burger King Corporation as an Assistant Manager I and II. After promotions to Restaurant Manager and European New Restaurant Coordinator in Phoenix, Ms. Taylor relocated to Los Angeles to become an Area Training Specialist. A year later, she was promoted to Company District Manager, and shortly thereafter, she moved back to Phoenix to become a Manager of Operations Training. In 1992, Nancy Taylor became a Franchise Operations Consultant in Sacramento. After her long tenure with Burger King, Nancy Taylor joined K&G Management/Taylor Made, Inc., as a Partner and Director of Operations. In 1998, she moved to Seattle for a position with Jack in the Box, Inc., which is based in San Diego. She served the hamburger restaurant chain until 2010, ending her tenure as a Region Group Vice President in Los Angeles and living in Rancho Cucamonga.
A charitable individual, Rancho Cucamonga’s Nancy Taylor participates in various local organizations. She leads an executive team, serving as Chair of the Board for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles and the Inland Empire. In addition, the Rancho Cucamonga resident has volunteered at the Puyallup Food Bank and Distribution Center.
