I am a software engineer, mother, and teacher currently living in Bengaluru, India. My interests range from technology to travel. I am also interested in entrepreneurship, innovation, and fitness.
I have about Nine years of professional Database Development experience. To give you a brief about my past experience, I have worked with development teams at Infosys and Oracle, and currently working for Eprentise Software Solutions, with my core competency being data analysis, design, data modeling and development of databases which includes relational and multi-dimensional models.
I am a certified Oracle PL/SQL Developer Associate, and my professional experience has been revolving around traditional relational databases. To keep up, I have been exploring the recent flavors of storage, understanding big data ecosystem and gaining hands on with tools like Scoop, Flume, Kafka, Tableau and the Spark APIs with python for data analysis and transformation.
