Nando Costa

I'm a Graphic Designer working in the capacity of Creative Director with 9 years of experience (14 total in the design field), originally from Rio de Janeiro, but currently living in Portland, OR.

I've worked in various fields of design, ranging from traditional print, to unusual interactive experiences. The focus for most of my career however, has been directing a multitude of TV spots and other types of animated and live-action content for broadcast and other medias.

My experience also ranges from creative directing at advertising agencies and design studios of varied scales, as well as owning and managing my own design firm. These experiences also gave me the opportunity to manage teams of diverse size and capacity, ranging from 2 to a crew of 40.

Some of my side projects have involved curating and publishing two books in the field of design and illustration, speaking at over 2 dozen design related events and conferences in the U.S., Europe and South America as well as exhibiting artwork at over 25 different events.
