He has an Advanced Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy and a Masters Degree in 'Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology'. Nandu also has diplomas in Personal Performance and Corporate & Executive Coaching. With both coaching & psychotherapy skills in his repertoire, Nandu has a holistic understanding of the human mind as against seeing it in its constituent parts. His career spans 20 years of which 15 years was in selling out of which 6 years was based at London handling business development in UK, France, Italy and Spain in intangibles selling (mobile communications arena). He generated multi-million dollar revenues in Europe and was awarded ‘Sales Person for the year 2009-10.' He approaches sales training from a philosophical & cognitive psychology standpoint with emphasis on reasoning, language, perception and emotion and ascribes significance to the mind-dynamics in the buyer-seller transaction frame. He was selected as ‘Top Talent’ in L&T in the Management Leadership Programme (MLP -2002). Nandu has a graduate degree in Engineering (Mechanical) and an MBA in Marketing.
