Fresh Graduate, less experience, but more passion, more efforts, more persistence. There is one sentence that I always use it to remind myself to keep the passion of pursuing “The better”, “ I’m not the best, but I’ll try my best to be the better”.

When people who know clearly that they are not the best, they would try to be the best. After striving, they might become the best, but more important is they will be better than the previous. This is what I want, to be the better one, compared to others, compared to the previous me. I know clearly how is my capability, and in order to achieve the work goal, I can adjust myself to different situation, but I don’t want to focus on “The best” simply. “The best” means you have arrived in the destination, and there is no more space for improving. Whatever I do, there are two steps I would use. First, finishing the work with all my efforts, second, finding the space to improve, realizing the double improvement of the work and myself.

As a student who master accounting and international business management simultaneously, I’ve never regarded “The best” as the criteria to measure whether I achieved success or not.I know how important it is to improve myself continuously. The process of self-improvement likes a straight ray, no terminal. I focus more on extending and improving constantly, rather than a single point, because I always want to learn more.

Whatever finance or businesses, I will use all of what I mastered to make my work be better, the future is full of possibilities, I'm capable to do most works, the works what beyond my ability now, I’m also willing to try, and try to do it better.
