Naomi Berman has worked as a Career Coach and Recruiter for over 20 years. Her interest in the field started when she was twelve, listening to her mother conducting phone interviews late at night. She joined her Mother's firm called Harbrowe Associates, a full service employment agency.After a year, she started working for a new Temp division, called Express Temps. In less than two years, Naomi was managing two other recruiters and running the Temp division for her Mom. After four years, she moved into permanent placements with Harbrowe Associates. Although a great experience, after marriage and two kids she relocated to Connecticut and took a break. When she started up again, she had an opportunity to try something different, and landed an opportunity to market an off-Broadway show, for corporate special events. It started as a part time gig, and quickly morphed into a career in the entertainment industry as a booking agent for Jerry Kravatz Entertainment, located in NYC. Unfortunately, working in NY and raising a family in CT was a strain. This is when she returned to her roots, and started work as a recruiter at a national executive search firm called Smith Hanley Associates……In less than a year, she was recruited for a new agency called The Waters Group where she stayed for seven years, developing successful client relationships within the publishing, banking, advertising and high tech industries.

Next, on her list of accomplishments was breaking into a more corporate consulting environment; and studying for her certification as a Career Coach. Five years ago, she was hired by Amphenol RF which is a global electronic manufacturer of interconnect solutions.

Whether, she is recruiting executive level or entry level; nationally or internationally; on college campuses or manufacturing facilities; she is comfortable taking on new challenges and working with candidates to better prepare them for the market place.
