Naomi Beth
Drama Therapist in London
I am a Dramatherapist who supports people in accessing their creativity, validating their experiences, and in finding their authentic rhythm.
In a culture where speed and productivity are central, Dramatherapy can be a weekly space for you to reflect on, express, and respect your needs. My practice is underpinned by Developmental and Jungian Psychology, Intersectional Feminism, Queer Theory, and Menstrual Cycle Awareness. I deeply respect cycles, seasons, and the bravery it takes to explore oneself.
The themes explored in your Dramatherapy may include: identity, gender, menstruality, pre and postnatal mental health, complex trauma, intergenerational trauma, depression, anxiety, and mental health challenges.
My previous work has been with Islington Mind, Croydon’s Active Lives Services, and at a Primary School. I am experienced in working with Children and Adults, 1:1's and Groups.
I am HCPC and BADth registered, with a MA and a Postgraduate Diploma in Arts Therapies. I am also an avid singer and candle maker as part of my own creative practice.
I look forward to hearing from you and hope I can support you on your journey. Please complete the contact form if you wish to arrange an appointment with me:
