After spending the last 7 years in the financial industry, I decided to call it quit. Reflecting back, I can not believe I had been spending almost 70 hours weekly right before stopping. If not as a result of change of event in life, I think I would still be going through the exact same lifestyle even until today. Not quite as radical as life portrayed in 'Eat, Pray, Love' the movie, I still chose to give up my high paying job for the sake of regaining that loss of balance in my life.

I find myself enjoying the time spent with friends and families and that's the bulk of thing that I've been doing in the months following my departure from office. The more hours I find myself in the kitchen - talking, cooking and eating - the more I am fascinated with the culinary world. I realize that unlike in the past, I am not going to make myself the big bucks by hanging out in the kitchen but I am perfectly okay with it because it is where I discovered myself to be at peace. I know Iam not that old yet and I shouldn't actually been looking at retirement but I can easily see clearly that life shouldn't be all about work but a balance.

As I've been spending lots of my time preparing meals and dinners for good friends and relatives, I'm surprised by how an oven can make so much difference. Perhaps it absolutely was due to my ignorance. But still I have to admit that I previously had no idea that a microwave oven could be so different from a convection oven. If you ask me then, oven is merely an oven. Through the various meal preparation session, I realize that it is very important to get the right oven and it could make life easier.

There is the outdoor pizza oven, convection oven, microwave oven and toaster oven. I found them to be excellent devices but it was just so hard to get good suggestions when I wanted to get one.
