Naomi Lucas

Naomi Lucas is a multi-talented lady passionate about making creative businesses work. She is a graduate of Theatre and Communication Arts from the University of Jos, Nigeria. She’s an Entrepreneur, Youth Development Expert, Media and Communications Advisor, Blogger and an astute Project Manager within Nigeria’s Creative industries.

Through the course of her career, she has managed PR and Events for Coca-Cola Nigeria and worked as a Project Manager with P&G West Africa, recruiting and training over 120 people across 32 states within Nigeria.

In 2011, Naomi managed the setup and operations of the global business development and brand management unit for Africa Movie Academy Awards. (AMAA).

Over the last 8 years, She has garnered critical management experience through her various job functions in Strategy, Digital Media, Communications, Sponsorships, Project Management, Experiential Marketing, Youth Development, Mentoring, and Talent Management.

She founded and currently serves as the CEO, Eclat – a multi-service company established to address the need for professionalism and excellence within Africa’s creative industries. Working with an outstanding collective of counsulting partners, she is known for her uncanny ability to deliver irrespective of constrains.
