Naomi Simon

Naomi Simon is the co-founder of Byooti. With a background in technology consulting and noticing a demand for a greater shopping experience for Black women to buy hair products, Naomi and her sister Chinyere set out to build an e-commerce platform which championed the Black woman and her hair. Since May 2017 the pair have worked to grow Byooti, an online Afro hair and Beauty shop. Naomi began studying technology from an early age and after a degree in Industrial Design and Technology went on to specialise in the digital space at notable Big 4 firms. Naomi was also the founder and co-host of 20Something Podcast, a platform for Black millenials which went on to win Favourite Podcast at the Screen Nation Awards as well as gain coverage on the BBC, Buzzfeed, iNews and many more.
