Naor Weissmann

I’m Naor Weissmann, founder of Forthscale and builder of KlarForm/Radilabs.

I’ve been building startup products, technical teams, and infrastructure companies for over 14 years. In 2015, I co-founded an AI startup before “AI startup” became the default pitch-deck perfume. Since then, I’ve worked across early-stage product building, automation, cloud platforms, and AI-assisted workflows.

My current focus is KlarForm/Radilabs: turning messy founder input, product thinking, and business context into structured, reviewable outputs that can be used for positioning, websites, specs, and execution.

I’m interested in practical AI systems, founder clarity, and tools that help small teams move faster without pretending chaos is strategy.
