Joseph Napolillo

Technology Leader in Warwick, RI USA

I’m a technology and operations leader who likes making things work better: better systems, better workflows, better service, and better experiences for the people who rely on them.

My background spans technology leadership, multi-site operations, customer service, team development, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and organizational strategy across both public and private sectors, including education. Throughout my career I’ve had a habit of looking at how things are done and asking a simple question: Is there a better way?

Sometimes the answer is technology. Sometimes it’s simplifying a process, eliminating unnecessary steps, improving communication, connecting the right people, or rethinking a workflow that exists mostly because “that’s how we’ve always done it.”

I’m hands-on, approachable, and service-minded. I like solving problems, finding efficiencies, building strong teams, and turning complicated challenges into practical solutions people can actually use. Whether I’m supporting employees across multiple locations, working with students and staff in educational settings, shaping strategy, or jumping in to fix something myself, I believe the best results start with listening, understanding the real problem, and earning trust.

Outside of work, I’m a lifelong Rhode Islander, musician, and technology enthusiast. I’m also an animal lover with a particular soft spot for dogs and turtles, own more guitars than any reasonable person needs, and I’ve found that even the busiest days are better with a little humor mixed in.
