Nicole Aragon

I've grown up around amazing cooks, my mother, and grandmothers on both sides. Being a ballerina and a dancer at a young age I was quite disciplined and wasn't one to play with my food. When I was 16 and pregnant, I started cooking for myself and really begun to enjoy it. As I got closer to graduation I realized, Im really good at this! I started experimenting with different flavors, sauces and a little baking here and there. At the age of 24, I decided to make it my collegiate career choice, and begun to enjoy fusions and professional elements of cooking. One day I plan to have a catering company or run a bed and breakfast, but for now; I'm just working on being the best single Mom I can be, cooking nutritious and delicisious meals for her and the rest of my family, and one day when God blesses me, I can than further my cooking career.
