Who am I?
Someone with quick learning (self-educated whenever needed), logic reasoning, leadership skills, good human relationship and assertive communication.
Young Mechanical engineer which developed a passion with analyzing numbers, finding trends, analyzing customer behavior, sales intelligence, excellence service and customer science (neural).
My professional experience is at the moment oriented to Service provider in retail automotive industry. However this experience can be used in other business. Currently I’m working as Coordinator in three major areas within the organization: Business Intelligence (BI - KPI) @ Sales and After Sales; CRM (Customer Relationship Management); Business Analyst. As career development my goal is to continuously learn and improve my performance, mainly in areas as Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst & Manager, Business Development, Customer Satisfaction and CRM. To achieve my goals I attended an MBA in Company Management to learn issues like Economics, Management and Human Resources. Today I am focused in BI & CRM and in development of mobile applications.
