S Narayanan is a seasoned training and human resources professional with more than 26 years of experience in the entire gamut of Human Resources Management and Training and Development.

Narayanan has had more than a decade plus experience in conducting training programs in leadership development, communication skills training, skill enhancements and various other soft skills program.

Narayanan is also providing consulting and advisory services for various professional education institutions on their skill enhancement initiatives to enhance the employability opportunities for under graduate and post-graduate students.

Narayanan is also an active member providing advisory and consulting services to the Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (CED) Tamilnadu.

Narayanan has trained over 5,000 college students on soft skills. Narayanan has also trained more than 2000 corporate executives on areas like team efficiency, leadership skills, stress and conflict management, personal effectiveness, sales, attitude enhancements and business etiquette to name a few

Professional Experience

In the capacity of Regional Head NIIT, Narayanan established the franchise division of the company and designed and delivered computer training programs to individuals and corporate establishments

In the capacity of Divisional Manager Narayanan provided operational support and monitored quality aspect of the training programs offered by First computers (erstwhile known as Brilliant’s Computer center) and its franchise establishments all over the southern India

Narayanan headed the Human Resources Department of India's leading IT companies like Agenda Netmarketing Ltd, SRM systems and Software, Teledata Informatics Ltd, and KCP Technologies Ltd, Narayanan managed all the facets of the HR function right from Recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits planning and personnel management
