Narayan Bhatta

I'm currently involved as The Managing Director of a British-Finnish MOOCs enterprise. In collaboration with other leaders in the field, we expect to emerge as a new world leader in Higher education industry.

In addition to a very specific graduate degree in Educational Leadership Studies (MA: EdL) from a world class Finnish University, The University of Jyväskylä, Institute of Educational Leadership, my other university degrees are in; Education with specialization in English from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, Nepal and Social Services and Health Care with major in Community Development Work from Diaconia University of Applied Sciences, Finland.

More than five years of experience as a coordinator of an all aged English medium school in Kathmandu and affiliation to several NGOs and private companies working in the field of educational development has enriched my knowledge and expertise in Educational leadership and management, E-learning research and development, Higher education consulting and basic education reform. Working as a Freelance guest lecturer in different schools here in Finland has been an added value in this. In addition, I have worked as a youth leader at Hyvinkä city youth department, Finland for an EU Youth In Action Project.

I believe that leaders must be able to define possible obstacle in change process. Establishment of trust is essential in building successful organization because it creates solid foundation for effective communication, promotes associate's motivation and forms strong ground for better relationship between leaders and fellow members.

I love to have challenging responsibilities where I can produce better result through determined actions and proper team cooperation.
