I work with emerging digital technologies, helping companies get through problems and foresee future opportunities.
There is no business that is not being changed significantly by the digital era.

My main interests since the last millennium have been information technologies,
During my student years, I earned money by repairing computer equipment and then, within my own business of providing data transfer services, I became proficient in administering systems and networks.
Discovering the endless possibilities of information technologies, I realized that it is impossible to become proficient in small business and decided to get a job at my favorite bank of Armenia (Inecobank), where I mainly developed my knowledges.
My first big initiative was the transition from bank servers to linux operating systems, during which it became necessary to move the old Oracle databases to the Oracle grid database, as a result of which I became very interested in Oracle administration.
In the following years, combining the position of department head with a DB administrator/developer/architect․
I have intensively participated in the adaptation of the core banking system of the bank to the digitalization of the market and together with the team have ensured an exceptional leader in terms of technology development.
After a clear development in the systems, I moved on to management, first to the technology development department and then to broader responsibilities, during which I organized important projects such as ․
Reconstruction of data centers according to TIA rules,
Cybersecurity automation,
ITSM implementation,
BPM automation (in-house),
Automated consumer lending system (First in Armenia),
Mobile banking (First in Armenia).

In addition to project management, I have always been involved as an architect-programmer, at least one day a week․

The role of the First Secretary in the formation of the IT Investment Committee is my success in senior management․

After working in the same company for about 15 years, I decided to switch from employee format to solution provider format, and my first contract was with the same bank where I was designing inhouse payment cards processing system.

My another one successful project was with the largest bank in Armenia (Ameriabank) to build the backbone, where my involvement was mainly in project technical project management.
