Narendran Ranjit

I'm a manager who loves technology. I lead agile teams and usually double up as the lead programmer. As a programmer I'm always on the pursuit of working on the hottest technologies using the latest tools. As a manager I tend to be more cautious and begin projects by analysing all the different things that can go wrong and planning around them. I enjoy balancing both these roles and I believe my strength lies in looking out for the bigger picture behind each project, realizing the vision behind them, and making sure the work I do drives the company forward. Pursuit of excellence should always trump maintaining the status quo and is a trait that I highly value in companies I work for.
