I am a self-taught enterpreneur with a passione for technology, languages, art, and diversity. I am a full time headhunter specializing in the Financial Software space and a co-founder of BN Ventures, Joint venture specializing in commodity trade.

I was born in the former USSR, Tajikistan. I grew up in Uzbekistan, and have been working in the UK for the past 10 years. I am multilingual ( Russian, English and Persian...and a bit of Uzbek)

I have a great passion for the art, especially painting and photography.
