Narinder Singh

Narinder has a strong background in manufacturing, team management, strategy planning, and leadership collaborations for over 23 years. Presently he is serving as Head of solar manufacturing at Jakson Engineers Ltd. and has also worked for companies like Moserbear, UFlex, PLG Power and Vikram Solar. He is expert in solar manufacturing and solar products, having been in solar industry for over 10 years he has seen the evolution of solar sector in India.

He is a mechanical Engineer and has mentored several trainees and corporate professionals to understand their job work. He has visited countries like Dubai, Germany, Spain and China to understand the global scenarios of solar. He has also delivered several seminars and workshops on solar manufacturing and scope of renewable sector in India.

He has been successful in leading a team of over 100 people and has been involved in many landmark projects in solar like Cochin Metro, India’s first solar powered train and several other government projects.
