I am a young professional striving to develop my communication skills and surpass my limitations, giving me an opportunity for career growth in a professional environment.

After completing my undergraduate degree at Carleton University, I pursued experience in a professional field that helped me develop and advance my communication skills and contribute to a dynamic work environment.

In the summer of 2015, I was the Media Relations Manager for the charity campaign, Bring on Breakfast. The campaign was in partnership with the Ottawa Network for Education’s School Breakfast Program. I was able to acquire local coverage from Metro Ottawa and made an appearance on RogersTV: Daytime Ottawa to speak on the campaign. As a result, our campaign was successful in raising awareness and over $8,000 for our client.

I have completed my Bachelor of Honours degree in Political Science at Carleton University. My past involvement at Carleton University has enabled me to gain invaluable skills and knowledge through philanthropic endeavours and campus activities.I am able to actively learn, utilize, and showcase my strong writing skills, event planning, media relation and aptitude for creative thinking.

I was the proud recipient of the Honours Service Award from the Carleton University Student Association in July 2014. This award recognizes a student’s participation in extra-curricular activities which are of a constructive nature pertaining to the University, the Association, and the greater Carleton Community.
