Ray Fadool

Ray is an 8 year resident of Nashville and is entrenched in the community. He is married with two children who love Nashville and the surrounding area. He served on the board of Tennessee Retail Association as Treasurer and Vice President prior to leaving JCPenney. He is active in the community as a member of the Hendersonville and Nashville Chambers of Commerce.

Ray started Premier Payroll Consultants in March of 2009 after 25 years at the JCPenney Company. 12 of those years were directly devoted to Human Resources. Much of Ray’s interest in starting a payroll company came from those HR roots.

After two and a half years of steady growth at PPC, Ray was looking for a way to advance the business at a quicker pace and in a much more efficient manner. Through the course of several networking opportunities he was introduced to his partners and Dominion Payroll Services Tennessee was off the ground.

Ray's company provides Payroll and HRIS to small to medium sized businesses. Payroll services include payroll tax payment and filing, W2 and 1099 information and more.
