I’m an architect and founder of Orchin Art and Architecture Studio and Architect Land, currently working simultaneously in Iran and Dubai.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree: Bachelor’s in Architecture from Payame Noor University, Ewaz Center (2007 - 2011)

• Master’s Degree: Master’s in Architecture from Payame Noor University, Bandar Abbas Center (2011 - 2013)

Professional Experience

After completing her studies, Nasim Rahmani began teaching at the Islamic Azad University, Ewaz Center, from February 2014 to January 2022. She also served as a lecturer at Payame Noor University, Ewaz Center, from October 2014 to December 2021.

Since 2013, Nasim has been working as a freelance interior designer and project manager in various architectural firms.

Founding Companies

• Orchin Art and Architecture Studio:

In June 2020, Nasim Rahmani and Nazanin Habibi co-founded Orchin Art and Architecture Studio. This educational platform focuses on teaching architecture, interior design, architecture software, and job market preparation courses.

The studio’s motto is: “Step by step, build your professional future with us.”

The name “Orchin” is derived from a term in traditional Iranian architecture, meaning “stair,” symbolizing the gradual, step-by-step learning process.

• Architect Land:

In February 2024, Nasim Rahmani and Nazanin Habibi co-founded Architect Land, a platform aimed at providing international architectural services, focusing on modern, sustainable, and efficient designs. The company offers services such as architectural consultation, project management, and 3D visualization.

Current Activities

Nasim Rahmani is currently engaged in architectural projects in both Iran (Bandar Abbas) and Dubai, managing both Orchin and Architect Land to deliver innovative design solutions.

I co-authored the book “Fundamentals of Architectural Design for the Job Market “in Persian with Nazanin Habibi, published for Orchin House of Art and Architecture.
