I am a student, first generation Afghan/American and public speaker currently living in Bellevue, WA. My interests range from music to fitness. I am also interested in travel, reading, and running. My hobbies are watching documentaries, cooking and reading scientific discoveries. I am a nature lover, and I have been obsessed with visiting flower gardens. I am currently a Health studies major at UW Bothell. I am currently a board member for CROW research journal at UW Bothell and housewife. In the past, I have been a leader of Health and Wellness Campaign, an orientation leader and a mentor for college students in freshman years at Champlain College Saint-Lambert in Canada. I led a group of students to plan activities and raise awareness regarding health and wellness issues. As a mentor, I helped students get to know college and help new students get through the transition to college easier and smoother.
