Nasser Abujbara
Nasser Abujbarah of Cave Creek, Arizona, has owned and operated his own law firm since 2009. Located in nearby Phoenix, the Law Offices of Nasser Abujbarah is a small practice working primarily with cases in bankruptcy, family law, and commercial and insurance litigation. Abujbarah, who oversees a staff of 11, has made hundreds of appearances in state and federal courts over the past five years and currently manages over 300 active clients. He passed the Arizona State Bar Exam in 2008. Nasser Abujbarah completed his undergraduate coursework at the WP Carey School of Business in Tempe, Arizona, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
After graduating in 2005, he enrolled at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University where he achieved his Juris Doctor. A dedicated student of the law, he earned several academic distinctions while at the institution, including the CALI Award for his work with white collar crime and criminal defense, and three designations as a Pedrick Scholar. He graduated cum laude in 2008. While completing his studies, Nasser Abujbarah gained experience working with several local law entities, serving as a Research Clerk with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and as an Associate with Martin and Bonnett. In 2007, he served with the offices of Gust Rosenfeld, working with many of the large firm’s departments including corporate governance, health insurance defense, and the office’s Walmart Legal Team.
In 2008, Nasser Abujbarah served as a Rules Intern with the Arizona State Senate, assessing constitutionality issues among pending legislation and advising state representatives. Outside of the office, Abujbarah enjoys volunteering in his community by tutoring underprivileged children and participating in his local branch of Habitat for Humanity. He also enjoys playing a variety of outdoor sports such as golf, football, and basketball.
